I'm surprised you haven't got one of Burscough Priory. It's a little known bit of local history. The ruins (two columns of stone) are in the private property of a house, when I last visited an sweet old lady was living there, she kept geese in a paddock around the ruins and let my brother and I go in and have a look in return for sweeping up the crab apples on her driveway.

These stone collums can be seen from the camp site Abbey Farm. You can almost touch them from the Campsite grouds and they look very old indeed. I dont have a photo unfortunately.
