Ted & Kate Robbins

Brother & sister, both well known faces on tv. Ted was known as a 'warm up act' - he entertained live audiences before main shows. He has starred in many tv comedy series.
Kate has also starred in comedy series, and was also known as a singer,comedienne/impressionist ( Kate was behind some of the voice-overs on the TV series 'Spitting Image' ).

Am I correct in saying that Ted & Kate are cousins to Paul McCartney ??
Does anyone know?

Yes they are Maccas cousins - I saw Kate talking about that on the telly when she was a "pop" star..also isn't another one of their sisters in Casualty? Its some medical drama or other..

I met Ted at a special Kyripton Factor (remember that?) I was still at school and he asked the audience if anyone could do impressions, I was volunteered to do my Popeye impression

I met their mum as she was staying in the same hotel as me for the world premiere of Paul's Standing Stones concert.We nattered for ages and when I asked what she thought of the performance she said,"It went on a bit too long,I got a numb bum"lmfao
