Default Anfield Crem - Childwall Link

Now that my new Childwall (Childwall) has been launched, I've come across additional information and was wondering if someone can help me out.

The owners of Childwall Hall was a Miss Schintz whose ashes were returned to Liverpool but no one knows what happened to them.

However, Miss Schintz's father was called Hans (also spelt Johann) Gaspard Schintz. Johann Gaspard Schintz was cremated at Anfield and his remains are resting in a Niche numbered 343 in the crypt at the crematorium and marked by a plaque.

His son Hans Kaspar Ferdinand Schintz has a plaque in Niche 345 (no ashes).
    Both died in 1911.

Would any one be able to get a few pictures of these in good resolution? I'd be forever in your debt as it would save me a long trip!!

Hello Cad, havn't been able to help up to now. Went past Anfield crem today so stopped off to see if I could find the plaques. Looked in the main area where the niches are but they are not numbered. We looked right along them to see if we could spot the name - but no joy.
There was no staff around to ask and I am not sure where the crypt that you mention is located. there is only the little chapel which was closed. We even drove into the cemetery to see if there is a crypt at the church, but the church was all locked up.

Maybe SteveB can help ? He knows a bit about the cemetery.

    Hi

yes I can. Go round the back to were the furnaces are, ask for Richard
and explain that you would like to get into the catacombs, he will unlock
it for you. The colobarium niches are not numbered but Richard has the
files to find for you. In the Cemetery the mortuary chapel is unused apart
    from storage.

    Steve
