Also, is Dover Street anywhere near this area? The person actually died in the Nurses Home that was apparently located in Dover Street. I was just wondering if the cemetery would have a record of the burial? I doubt there would have been a headstone as she was a servant.

Dover Street was at the rear of the Liverpool Infirmary which was about one mile from the city centre or "downtown" as you would call it. The church of St Michael's in the Hamlet was a few miles south of here in the Toxteth Park district of the city. If the person you are looking for was buried in Toxteth Park municipal cemetery then you may be able to find their grave by searching this indexed site:

There were however other now defunct cemeteries closer to Dover Street, namely Low Hill & St James cemeteries. I believe their burial records are held at Liverpool Record Office but finding individual records is a slow process as they are not indexed. Good luck!
