Hoardings

I am probably very much behind the times here but where can I view nice colourful plans / pictures of proposed developments. E.G at the start of the summer, took relatives to the Pier Head only to find lots of blue hoardings. I know there might be a canal there but what will it look like?. Is the work nearly finished?

Same with Sefton Park. Loads of blue hoardings but no idea what for. Tried to look on councils planning site but got bogged down

There are some pics of what the canal will look like, there is also a live(ish) webcam. It still has the Pier Head part being finished in September, the section in front of the Port of Liverpool building looks almost ready, and the grassed over part in from of the Cunard building was turfed last week. The secion in front of the Royal Liver building has a bit more work to be done.
