We have had so many new developments go up near where I live...mixture of apartments and houses.....and my are they small.....and the cost of them is unbelievable.....a two bed poky little flat costs upwards of ?250,000....
We were looking at some new ones that were being built recently... the lounge area looked smaller than my box room....
