Yes, I think they are beginning to realise the financial value of many of their records. Hence I suspect the refusal to allow its use on this site. Quite a few books on Liverpool have used their old photos free of charge and gone on to make substantial profits. I believe they now charge about £40 per old photo if someone wants to publish it in a book.Quote:
