Great Photos. I'm sorry I didn't go now!

It was really good. I wish we could have stayed until the end ! It started at 12.30 pm. with a parade. We had to head home for 6.pm though (for visitors arriving).
I think the festivities have just finished as we speak - (9.30pm.) I bet the atmosphere was even better in the evening. It will be buzzing around Dale st late tonight ! :celb (23):

The reason's are why should any area of society have a parade that singles them out.

To celebrate their culture I guess - like, for example, the Orange Lodge do on the 12th July.

Brilliant pics lindy and Howie, what a great day in the history of our city and your photos are testimony to what we've always known - that Liverpool is as tolerant as anywhere else is in Britain, despite what some would have us believe.
If anyone has a problem with Pride then you're not fully appreciating why events like Pride started in the first place. It's just like the Irish celebrating Saint Paddy's Day, except with more mascara ;). ;)
What a Gay Day!!! In the nicest possible sense. :)
