Ex,Engineer Thomas Edward Lunt Died 10/07/55

Hi All,
Just got the death Cert.of my G/Dad as Above Torpedoed S..S.Sagamore 3rd,
March 1917. Cert.shows he died at 24,Westminster Road,Kirkdale on the 10/07/1955.Would the house be a Rest Home or Something as his residence is given as no fixed abode. Registered 11/07/55.Informant My Uncle Reg,his father was T.E.L.
Could some one help and direct me how to find out where he is buried.As when he died I was at Sea and believe only My Dad,and 2 of his sons,,My Uncle Reg and Cyril attended the funeral.They have all gone now,so i'm at a loss where to look.Thanks for reading and Best Regards Ken B.
