Have city council developers been planning to expand the size of Liverpool?. I know that the Liverpool One has improved the place but its just that to expand the city, at least the size of Birmingham would well be an improvment.

Poor, sad Birmingham.
Liverpool and Manchester are each internationally renowned. If you were to Google Birmingham you would probably be awash with sad tales of ol' Alabama.

Is Manclands just the city centre or does it include Greater Mancland too ?
Liverpool could easily increase by just including the surrounding sefton and cheshire area's which it eventually will if the peel plans do actually happen
