Whats the building going to be used for?
I love the Princess Dock developments in view :celb (6):. Max its residential as far as i know.

Places like the old World Trade Center had allkinds in them.
The first 6 or 7 floors are going to be offices; the rest will be luxury apartments. This should fit in nicely with the CBD developments.

The footprint of the building is so small that it would be inpractical for it to be a shopping development. In any case, there will be plenty of shops in the emerging CBD redevelopment- not to mention Church St and Paradise St which are no more than 10 mins walk away.Quote:
