20Th British Transplant Games

10 years ago this July, I was involved in helping to organise the 20Th British Transplant Games, these are like mini Olympics the only difference being that the competitors have had an organ transplant.

We where based in the Adelphi Hotel, and most of the competitor where housed in various Liverpool Hotels.

The games themselves where held over the water at the Oval sports ground.

I received two commemorative medals (as seen), and tomorrow i will be going down to the museum, to see if they want them.
