Alldritts in Bootle area

hi, i was recommended to use this site to help continue my family tree research.
My Alldritts can be traced through liverpool from Hornby st, Eldon rd, Bostock street and Bleinheim st.
I'm struggling to find Charles Alldritt born roughly 1820's and John Alldritt roughly the same age. they where both Engineers. in what i don't know

John's son William married Mary Alldritt (Charles's daughter< marrying cousins>) in 29th june 1856 (cert AB529156. st Nicholas church)
John was living in Hornby st
Charles in Blenheim st.

i'm finding it difficult to find their census to help further my search. William also died quite young. can't find his death record.On the 1871(RG10/3760) census Mary is widowed with 3 children still living in Hornby st.

can anyone help. i can give more info.
