Trinity Palm Grove Church - Claughton

Hi there,
Could someone please confirm for me that Trinity Presbyterian Church, Claughton is now Trinity Palm Grove Church following an amalgamation of some sort.

I have endeavoured to contact the office by email but no response so am wondering if I have the right place and the right email address - which I got from the Trinity Palm Grove website. Maybe someone reading this lives in the area and can check it out. Would be great!

My purpose? To obtain a photograph of a particular stained glass window which has a family connection.
