A MAN was being questioned today about the gangland murder of Colin Smith.
The 42-year-old was arrested at an address in Garston this morning on suspicion of conspiracy to murder the father-of-five.
His arrest came after police carried out warrants at five addresses, four of which were residential and one a business, believed to be related to the arrested man.
It is the first arrest that has been made in the investigation into the shooting last November.
