Help to find marriage details 1888

I need help to find details of the parents of John Broadhurst who married Mary Ellen Dickenson nee Ball
Sept qtr 1888 BMD Ref:8B95.
John Broadhurst was the 2nd husband of Mary Ellen Dickenson who was my 2xGt Grandmother.
As far as I know John was a shoemaker & they married at Our Lady of Nicholas & St Anne in Liverpool.
There is a suggestion that his father was called Isaac Broadhurst.I would like confirmation of this if poss.
I live abroad & because of abysmal postal services here I do not purchase certificates as they never reach me.
What I really need is some kind person who would try & make enquiries as to the above at the relevant register office given the details I have posted.:question

This John Broadhurst was b.1859 Knighton,Radnorshire
On the 1881c RG11 3699 19 31 he was a lodgerwith the White family @5 Starkie Street West Derby. (Boot Finisher)

I have got the 1861 & that is why I was trying to confirm if the John Broadhurst on the 1881c in Starkie St ,W.Derby
is the same one who married my Gt Grandmother in 1888 Liverpool.That is where I found his father was Isaac & need to confirm
on his marriage records.
