Don't think there are that many Liverpool side.

.. .. actually, I've just skimmed through this thread and we do have quite a few in L'pool - probably more than you realise. It just looked like there's a lot of them Wirral side.

The last picture (OK it's not red), is still technically a kiosk. It is the K7A or "Oakham" booth which was installed from 1980 onwards at sites subject to persistent and heavy vandalism. It may not be everybody's cup of tea, however these themselves are now very scare and I believe this is the only one left in Liverpool (?).
