I think it was at least 18 months ago. I'm noticing you're getting a bit of flare from other lights in your shot. If you can get a lens hood or just hold your hand near it to block out the flare.

Great pic Phil. That's astonishing that you can hold your camera for 15 seconds and get a pic like that.

Surely you must rest it on something? I can't believe you hand hold for 15 seconds. It would easily show camera shake.

I think that was one of Dave's little jokes.
I rested it on a BT thingy, but there are loads of other things to rest cameras on.
You have to make sure there are no Tripod Police about, though. :celb (23):

Funny thing was, I'd just come from snapping the Festival Hall, hoping to get sunset shots there. :Colorz_Grey_PDT_24:
Got some (nothing special, will post later), then walked home down Dingle Lane & the sky just kept getting better and better. :)

Beautiful hues. Liverpool Bay area has some of the most dramatic sunsets anywhere in the world. Nice pic Phil, keep it up and thanks for posting it.

Probably was me.

Was he tall with a black Lonsdale jumper on and had a tripod? If so it was most likely me.

Yeah I ride a blue mountain bike too everywhere I go.

I'm going out again tonight anyway and this time I'm resizing my pics to save uploading space.
