Interesting design. Might even have an old worn out Liverbird on the stonework above the clock. Hard to tell.

A bit dark this photo - but you can make out LFC Supporters Club (former Cabbage Hall cinema) in the background - red car in front.
Spotted this one in my archives. No hands left but still a clock I suppose. This building was once a Lloyd's Bank. Adolf Hilter's relatives once lived nearby on Upper Stanhope St.
