anyone remember what the Red Pepper club was called before it changed its name. there was another club just opposite the bus stops by Everard Library as well near Walton trades club.
edit, think the Red Pepper was called the El Torro.
This is really yesteryear! My Grandma, a Garston girl, was a club singer and dancer around 1915 in a 'honkey tonk'. (Her dad worked next door to The George Hotel on St.Mary's Road.) Any ideas as to where that could be, or are there just to many to mention...
