The Boundary has now been demolished, photo taken in its last few days, November 2010. The site is being prepared for construction of a new Health Centre, I believe.
That's a big one as well isn't it?
Yes, there have been a lot closed in the area over the last few years.

Nice photo Lindy.
It's a poisoned chalice that pub. Whoever decides to open it up again will only ever get the scally/druggy clientele that it's always attracted. True story...my sister-in-law's friend won a raffle in the Cygnet about 15 years ago. The prize?...£500 of weed!
When I lived in the Swan(1980-85) that was one pub I tried to keep out of.Only went in to meet lads,a swift half then out.

Old Whitbread`s pub in Clyde Street, anybody remember it`s old name?
It's 'The Albion' but known as the lousy house, changed it's name to Buddys yonks ago and been closed down nearly as long.
Nice one Joe. I drink in the Poste house. Good pub.
Not the upstairs I hope ;)
That sounds intriguing :ninja:
Oh, you'll have to ask Pabs ;)
Oooooh, you're getting ever so close.
I just know this is going to be something rude. If its got anything to do with Pabs it has
Ask him about his 3rd one. Debra never got to see it.
