Scruffy
Philip ...
Anything from 1881 onwards I guess, as I have no idea how long the family remained in the Liverpool area but know George Haycock was aboard HMS Carysfort during the 1881 census taking.
He married Frances Prince in 1888 in L'pool, so must have moved there between 1881-1888.
Anything you can dig up will be very much appreciated!
Hello Scruffy.
1936 is the earliest directory I have and 86 Brisbane Street was occupied by John Farrell.
Haycock:
George. 3 Browning Road, Wallasey.
George. 86 Blythswood Street, L17.
John Albert. 19 Peel Street.
John William. 107 Ritson Street, L8.
Joseph P. 40 Sandstone Road, Old Swan.
There are also Haycocks.
Hi Philip.
I'm sure some of these Haycocks are relatives, but as I don't have the exact names of George's children, I can't figure out which ones :disgust:
Anyway, thanks for looking into this for me, I appreciate it!
Hiya Rob
sorry there was only two Bather's listed one in Cheshire & the other in Birkenhead

Hi Mandy
Who were the two and where were they living?
Thanks a lot

Mabel and Elsie SEDDON (my 1st cousins once removed) were still alive in 1991 and living at 24 Holmes Street, Liverpool.
Does anyone remember them or know what happened to them?

Hi. This is my first visit. Could you please look for the Webster family who I believe lived in Waldgrave Road. Father Alec, wife ?Cissy? children Florence, Alec, Doris, George and Lillian. I think that the wife may be my ggreat aunt but on the census she is shown only as ME.
Hiya Lis
I'm sorry Walgrave Street isn't listed so I checked for Alec Webster but he isn't listed either
Mandy
Thought you'd like to know that the 1936 directory shows Alex Webster, tramway inspector, at 189 Waldgrave Road.
That's brilliant. Does it show his wife's name?
Hiya Lis
the directories usually only show the head of the household
Mandy :)
Hi. Could you look up 1. Edge Hill West Derby for me. I have a census entry for 1851 but they may have been there later. My relative is John JAckson shown as a Beer House Keeper. Is this address a pub?
Thanks. Lis
