You don't know how many days I've logged on and hoped to get a chance at the Picture of the day. I manage it today and it's ignored.:002:

aah .. I didn't look at POD until just now - I see it was tucked away behind Waterway's post :) perhaps it was missed.
It's a very nice picture Gerry :handclap: thanks for posting.
Good Pic Gerry. :handclap:

I'm coming back to Liverpool next weekend and I hope to get some more pictures for my collection.
You'll have to watch the clock to sneak in with them on POD :unibrow:
.. yet there have been some days when we have none at all being posted and we have to scatch around for some. It's the luck of the draw sometimes. :)
I have plenty of ignored pics Gerry, cheers for yours :PDT11
But the quality of the great pictures is worth being beaten to the post for me.

Great picture.
So many pictures don't get commented on.
It's a wonder we carry on posting!

Good photo, Ged.
It's a better example of 'Facadism' than some.
Like Mount Pleasant or Cleveland Square.
The Planning Committee wanted the facade of the Bedford cinema to be retained.

That's one of the nicest pics I've seen of that view. It looks like one of those ads in an estate agents mag. :)

Lovely pic Ged.
I always thought they were blocked off, I might have a walk down/ up there soon, cheers
Gerry, a lovely picture, but, as it's POTD, can't we see a bigger version?
September in a couple of hours, folks. :PDT_Aliboronz_24:
Get the kids back to school and then we can let our hair down again.:PDT_Aliboronz_24:
They made a pond of the outline of one of the graving docks at Herculaneum. They only thing that ever indicates there was once a large dock there. It looked like this in 1907. You can see a ship in the graving dock that is on the new picture that Gerry took.

Thank you, Gerry.
Very good. :handclap:
