Not been passed that yet...is it a listed building at all? Someone should write to the Echo demanding an enquiry.
I want to write an email to Casa Del Cocodrilo and the Echo asking but still thinking on what to write.

The Echo says It's a grade 2 listed building.

You know the same firm have painted the Masonic in Lark Lane black.
I don't know how they get away with such things.

Yes, the Elephant is Listed, but English Heritage allow Liverpool City Council to grant applications which I suspect wouldn't happen elsewhere.
For instance, 6 telephone masts on the Listed ABC cinema in Lime Street.
