There is a new glass doorway being added to the Liver Buildings
What is the point of this. I think it is completely out of character of the building ,

Probably to stop wigs being sucked from the lobby into the Mersey.

I first noticed that rig yesterday. There's a Planning Notice on a nearby post that mentions a new Walkway.

Spike that is an interesting pic. Have you found what is going on?

The pier head looks wonderful, I saw it for the first time since its makeover a few months ago. It was a lovely day and we had a drink on top of the Thai restaurant. Really enjoyed the wonderful view! Also went into the Hilton Hotel for a coffee.

Is there still some grass outside the Liver buildings we sat on a bench before we caught the Liverpool bus trip which was parked just up from the Liver building

It has changed a lot round the dock area i just hope it has not lost its character but from some of the piccys i think it may have done,i know city planners in Brum have made a feck up in places im glad i dont live there any more

That rig thing is to do with extending the ferry terminal. There is just one of those oblong stretches of grass now, the canal opening is either side of it.
