Disappointingly unable to make the Festival at the weekend. Particulalrly wanted to catch up with my Aunt at her stall where she had a lot of information on the old ice rink. Plus I wanted to pick her brains about other hidden gems such as St. Georges Hill, places that have been right in front of me for years but I've not seen them. It looks a little "Hall Like".
Could it be a Hiring hall or equivalent for dock workers or ships crew?
I don't know :(
