The Royal Navy ship 'Severn' berthed here, just after 10 A.M.

Going by AIS Liverpool.co.uk and the Wirral Cam it appears that HMS Bulwark is in town. And the Fort George, a naval auxiliary vessel, has just passed the Cammel Laird shipyard.
