:D Thanks guys.
ANNAJANE, those photos were really good, thank you for sharing them with us.
I happened to be in the Women's Hospital on Saturday visiting and couldn't wait to ask a friend to take a photo of the statue outside. I think it is very moving as a piece of art especially where it is, gives it a double award from me. See what others make of it.
lovely photo Potter :PDT_Piratz_26:
I visited the Womens myself recently & was disappointed that I never took my camera with me to take a picture of the statue
I'll second that :handclap:
A very beautiful sculpture, well done for spotting it Potter :)

A new monument in Liverpool 1 by Paradiase St
Paul Ds pic at No 8, the War Monument in Kings Park Bootle is, I think, the most underrated war monument in the City. Its beautiful, sad and moving
Did you know it was reported on local radio over the holiday period that this was smashed up and dismantled by the pondlife trying to weigh it in as scrap (apparently) but they gave up on trying to move it as it was too heavy. A local campaigner had applied for railings around the park as youths were using it for drinking and anti social behaviour.
