by my friends Bill Harry and his girlfriend at the time, his now good wife Virginia..

Sam is recovering after 2 hip operations and a bad do of pneumonia..
thankfully he will be out and about soon and back to his usual self..

Well I was there - recognised Ged and Mart, but thought I'd finish my scouse first before introducing myself - by which time they'd both gone off somewhere.
I went to the top of the church tower - it was freezing! Would love to see the views on a clear day. I felt quite jealous because I didn't know the area at all, but it was great listening to people's memories.

Homeless in Liverpool ..2011
I've been speaking today with people involved with homeless people around Liverpool.
I've been invited to visit the Liverpool homeless..
in various places that look after them around the town.
After meeting them soon and speaking with them and hopefully gaining their trust,
I'm hoping they allow me to take their photographs..
I want to do a feature on the Liverpool homeless on my website...
and if I'm allowed.. if certain people let me..
I'll be telling the story of how the Liverpool homeless are shifted anywhere as if they dont exist..
how they were forced to move from their location where they used to eat..
because tourists might be offended..
the full story, I hope.. will be on my website.
I've no qualms about telling this story... none what so ever..
and if I'm allowed to tell it..
I hope the fat cats.. and VIP's with their bow ties at the launch of these shiny new Liverpool buildings..
at their fancy lunches paid for by Liverpool tax payers while people are starving
feel just a little uneasy at what I want to say...
I doubt it very much.. but I really hope so..
