As Beatles day was fast approaching one of the charity shops in Crosby decided to do a Beatles display in the window. Personally I'd have thought some of their albums may have been a cheerier view
Central Buildings are no more...
was supposed to be taking my Nan to Skem today but summat cropped up and we didn't go. She came through to Liverpool anyway so, once her and hubby where asleep in front of the telly, I decided to take my camera for a spin.
waited ages for a bus...still there was an alternative had it failed to arrive
Dr Who dropped by for a new shed
got off at the wrong bus stop so it was a fluke I got these pics. as I came around the corner I thought they were a load of tourists in Beatles wigs
but they had security badges so must have been from a nearby office
their attempt at a mass Abbey Rd was foiled by the fact there's no zebra crossing
Granada TV were filming at the Town Hall
thankfully camera was pointing up so no fear of my mush frightening viewers.
Had a long chat with this fella...a fellow SLB hunter.
he was trying to follow the Lambanana map but as so many have been moved (Stanley Park one has replaced the reflective one on the Strand) he was struggling. a couple of hours later I spotted him again from the bus
Forget Beatles day...it should be Little Jimmy Osmond day...it's the long-haired lover from Liverpool!
this guy spent ages preening his hair before he wandered off...hair to die for eh girls?
"Hello 'Stars in Their Eyes' ? Do you have any openings for Meat Loaf look-a-likes?
someone had an interesting night out...undies on the railings on Mount Pleasant
70 odd degrees today so let's dig that old winter coat out
Blame it on the weatherman- this poor chap looked rather fed up that the promised showers didn't materialise
spesh for Ged if he gets bored one evening
and finally...Gis a lift mate- not sure the police would be too thrilled by these workies method of transport home

Excellent pics! The M62 Farm is owned by the Wild family (no relation!)
Fred Dibnah once went over that bridge on the M62 and up there, it's massive!
