    Great pic. The frieze was sculptured by Herbert Tyson Smith who depicts himself and family in it (on the Lime st side). He was also responsible for the architect and hod carrier statues which stood over Gerard Gardens where Gerard and myself lived.

    Great to see the photograph of Penrhyn Street decorated for the opening of the cathedral of Christ the King. Not sure if you have posted this image here before. It's the first time I have seen it at least.

    Pretty good,Joseph...but alas yer still have not caught that ambience of a rainy day.

    Bold street,Castle street and around this area for the rain type pics or any cafe,restaurants with outside canopy for people having a cup of coffee underneath.
