    I get the feeling women pass more than men? hence the queue.

    Derby Square for men...in a roundabout way.

    They were,Lindy but have been filled in many moons ago....Queen Viccy sits on top now.

    Anybody remember what was a bit unusual about the entrance to these toilets ?


    Nothing major or eye catching..unless you looked close enough when going down the steps
    entering the toilet.....
    (on both sides of the steps leading down to the toilet.)

    You're right old fella,this indeed was Gore Street area as we can see the mock tudor similair to that of the original pic here......

    In fact I'd go as far as to say it was Upper Harrington St, a side road of Gore St.
