    Put the macro setting on.
    I've taken photos of a spider today, and cropped one photo.
    It's in the 'Macro' thread.
    Not for the fainthearted!

    Well Atany,
    the superdooper camera I got for Christmas, still languishes in it's box, though I did use it once, but it would only let me take 6 pic's, due to the high resolution level! I'll figure it out eventually!

    yes a horrible spider. But the leaf is nice.
    And I had switched on the macro-function already.

    but you can chop down the resolution or buy a better memory card.
