    Default Liverpool Edge

Renders are now on their website. Not much information, so I gave them a call. They're going to ring me back. Last time I was in Liverpool, I paid a visit to the Grafton Street/Caryl Street site, but no work has started yet. "Their Liverpool Edge building also features spiral turbines on top of each lift shaft, which should supply 10% of the building's energy needs"[source]

    Mmmmm!

Tried to phone Carpenter Investments who own the development, but their phone number is out of order - 0151 7088557. Strange company. No website, but their domain name is registered under a Welsh address and the only phone on record is an old one. They're based in Seymour Chambers not far from TJs.

Toxteth.net has some info about the old gasworks in Caryl Street:
    http://www.toxteth.net/places/liverp...20gasworks.htm

The Liverpool Echo of Nov. 29th 2004 has some details about this development from the London Eye architect...apartments from £90,000...they hoped to be finished by 2007.
This is classed as a Dingle development, but I'll bet it won't have an L8 postcode.
