I know this has been on before, but thought it was nice to see it up,and running, again,as it was dry for many years!Anyone know the creator? (no, not the one in heaven!)

Designed by Richard Huws & completed in 1966. It was good to see it going again in time for Capital of Culture Year after so many years of inactivity. It's hard to imagine that this work that most would regard as "modern" architecture is now heading for its own half-century. Just a shame that its "back street" location means that many visitors miss it and even many local people do not know of it.
It is in a funny location. It's great when you go off route in a city and find gems like that. Water features somehow add a lot of character to a town centre.
Was it used in the opening scenes of the Liver Birds TV show?
BE NICE......................OR ELSE
