How do Horoscope.
First off Ged has some pics on his site here.... http://www.inacityliving.piczo.com/ press F3 and in the seachbox at the foot of the page type in Albion Street, you must first go into one of the links as you scroll down,I cannot remember but I think they are in the Pre war scenes link?
If you want them please ask Ged for them, they don't show Albion Street looking up or down the street just the two house that where left standing at the demolishing stages,Ithink there's four?
Secondly, you say you lived at number 12? if I remember correctly the boys club was Albion House? if this is the case that side up to the boys club was even numbers and started at the bottom Nothhumberland Terrace end of Albion Street ie #2 and 52 would have been right next to Albion house, then after Albion House there where another couple of houses and I don't know their numbers.
I so I'd like to know if I have this correct from you because me mem is vague on a few slots of Albion Street,I'll reveal the house number I lived in on your response, you see as far as I can make out if I'm correct then #12 would have been the Faircloughs?
Do you remember the Kelly's,Cammicks,Smiths?
I lost track of this thread,Ged sorry if Ididn't thank you for those two other pics of Northumberland Terrace and Cicero.Dug these out George.
I borrowed that book off a Neighbour and never seen the Northy one in it,did Freddy O'Connor have an early and later edition of his book as the one I looked at was early?
That's ok George.
I think it was re-printed at some time so I must have the last re-print if that pic wasn't in your neighbours book.
