Quincy your pics and captions are really good - I always save interesting bits & pieces on the computer to show my dad when he visits, and now I've told him about 'Quincy's Street Life' I'll show him this thread next time he's here. Your pics and quips should be shown as they are so entertaining everyone would like them.

    Default Quincy's Street life.

Only just caught up with your street life pictures Quincy.

Once again you bring them to life. Now you should open a category for best captions. (Busy taking photos.)

    LOL !

Default where have all the people gone

been a quiet week for interesting people, it's mostly been vehicles and signage that has caught the ole eye this week

wonder who's driving...is it Bill or is it Ben?

wrong turn at Sunset Boulevard; this movie star coach looks rather out of place at Childwall 5 Ways

it's Jean Harlow (used the zoom on PC to see the signature) and Humphrey Bogart. Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman where on the back

checking out yes I'd dump this jacket too

love's young dream, seen from the bus.

Chubby hell, ; parked opposite a chippy in Norris Green...clearly gets all the best bookings then

slides had just a few steps in my day. this dangerous looking contraption is really attached to the slide

go on, walk past , I dare you,

    expensive business robbery these days

think I'd be asking for my money back if they gave me skin like an elephant!

and finally ...if anyone still wants to know how to get to Sesame St, it's the 61 bus!

    Default 4 weeks on...

been a dull few weeks for street life. oh to have the good fortune of a guy on Flickr who's day to day street shots are fab. summat for me to aspire to.

so whilst still aspiring I'll soldier on

keep death off the roads-ride on the pavement!..I used to be a cyclist and perhaps that's why idiots like this get me down so much...the first one in particular after all the money spent of nice safe cycling lanes this prat rides next to it.

I just like this view...although I wouldn't manage the steps

    trainee dentists practising crowns?

    environmentally friendly skip delivered

    "oh is he naked? I hadn't noticed"...LIAR!

stop raining so they'll buy one

Tom's night on tiles didn't go as expected

all kinds of everything now here's a blast from the past! not far from me either. dare I go?!

gruff pooch looking out of bus window, just before it saw my hubby and went berserk barking...I didn't laugh...much

    and finally

excuse me sir have you seen a giant spider?

    What an EXCELLENT thread!!!

Thank you SO MUCH, Quincy, for sharing these WONDERFUL pics and your great - and often hilarious - comments!

There's no place like Liverpool - and no people like the Scousers! Simply wonderful!

Btw, I think it's wonderful that you have mounted police over there - here we hardly ever see any.

How many Superlambananas are there now? I only remember the one, the big yellow one which used to stand near/on Mann Island (?) on the right-hand side, coming from Lord Street and crossing the Strand.
