yes I know it's a ridiculous hour, but I've been watching the bobsleigh on telly and now waiting to cheer the Swedes on in the ice hockey.

took camera out today, bloody cold though. Still I was quite pleased with the results as I wasn't too hopeful of spotting owt.

    outside loo

I know public toilets are a bit of a joke in town, but really

    phantom watching the opera

it was the guy in the grey coat that caught my eye....dunno why, I found him a tad creepy

    cold hard grafitti

    typical Scouse humour

well if Johnny Cash can play behind bars, then so can I

and finally...someone really should tell him..

I spoke with Quincy at the back end of last year, he was just doing another medical examination ooops - sorry wrong Quincy.

No, really, spoke with Karen and she was recovering from a bit of a bad spell in her personal life and promised she'd be back. She got a laptop but had trouble getting back on here or something???

Her posts were great. Met her at a couple of Lord Mayors parades quite by accident over the years, snapping away as usual.

after a crap 18 months last year was slightly better. I'm still having ongoing health problems (as those of you who see me on FB will know about) so hadn't been out with camera the same.

I'm slowly getting back into things, but not really got too many street life pix at the mo. will have a rummage and see what I can cobble together from past year. I took a few in London, so may do a dahn sarf special.

I have a pocket sized camera now so can carry that with me better.

there could even be an overseas special next month...although I shall be concentrating on architecture and views, summat dodgy may catch my eye

    to you all
