    The other end of the building has collapsed even more recently. Of course someone owns these buildings. The City council should ensure the absentee owner keeps the building in a safe condition.

    they spelt keebabs wrong but banksey whacked a daffodil or two on the shutters so this must now be a listed building, , i like the ducks better , however this pic reminds me of walking under fire to the chippy for a curry, i'm torn....
