Has anyone else read about this?

I have seen quite a few pictures on Flickr of signs in London, but are/were there any in Liverpool?

We have various covenants placed on new housing here, they vary from place to place but they include not being allowed to build someone elses view out , Ie a sea view etc..., not having your new building cast a shadow on the neighbours property, building a property out of cheap materials ( usually on upper priced sub-divisions ) , only allowing buildings to be a certain distance from front, rear and side boundarys so as to keep a fair distance from your neighbours property, these covenants are designed to make life better for all parties in a neighbourhood.
