    I remember the bus when you could go inside to buy stuff rather than later wehn you had to standon the crate and get served thru the hhatch at the back window .When i was a kid in early 70's the place had an almost magical quality about it like you entered another time long before the harry potter days.the air was somehow different inside .great memories

    Here's a Green bus that's still running. Spotted in St Helens and commemorating 100 years of Liverpool buses 1907 to 2007.
