    Hello Ged and DaisyChains

I don't know what is happening here but I was trying to merge to threads labeled RWE and it ended up merging the posts as well.

    Daisy Chains, you said:

Chris, thanks for starting this thread.

As a lot of you already know, he is a massive hero of mine!

    And Ged you stated:

I have his 'Liverpool Characters & Eccentrics' (only Chippie is missing?)

'Tales of Liverpool - Murder, Mayhem and Mystery'

    Liverpool Ghosts and Ghouls.

All forming part of his Liverpool dossier series.

Haven't read them for years though till I dug the cylinder story out today.

I have collected first editions of all of his Liverpool books.

Also Riddle of Birdhurst Rise (Croydon Poisonings)

and The Ordeal of Philip Yale Drew.

I have most of the rest of his books, except the Richard Galliene one.

This is a really bad quality pic I took of the pic at the back of one of his books (Liverpool Soundings I think!)

If it wasn't for him, most people interested in the Williamson's Tunnels would have never known they existed.

Anyone who takes 'The Mole' which is the newsletter from the Friends of Williamson's Tunnels will see the article about R-WE alive and well and looking grand for his age!

    Hello,

Could you tell me how to get in touch with Mr. Whittington-Egan? I would like to be able to tell him how much one of his books has meant to me over the years.

    Many thanks!

I, or rather my father, have "Liverpool Roundabout" about a variety of subjects.
