Default Welsh builders of Liverpool 4.

Owen and William Owen Elias gave the initials of their firm to each road from Oxton street off County Road, right up to Stuart Road. A total of 23 roads in all.

They also built houses off nearby City Road L4, giving each road the initial letter of E. Alfred (Elias) - the company owners eldest son.

There are a few Welsh roads in Anfield including; Berwyn, Corwyn, Skerries and Kemlyn, Dinorwic.
(Skerries & Cemlyn are in Anglesey I might have the spellings a bit wrong)

oh, and there's an Anglesey rd off Rice lane isn't there.

I'm sure there's a Caernarvon rd, but I can't think which district it is.
