    I too, married a Hughes, and in my wifes family a Hughes married a Jones, all came from Wales! Warning!! don't try to trace Welsh ancestry, It will drive you CRACY!!!!

    I've got a Jones in my family tree and a Kelly from the Isle Of Man. Kelly is supposed to be one of the most common Manx names.

    I have recently been on a "family hunt" in Llanfyllin Wales, searching for my Jones roots !, I hope to soon go to Anglesey to look for my Hughes connections, looking for Jones and Hughes in Wales "should be easy shouldnt it"

    A Llanfyllin Jones family lived in Admiral Street, Toxteth around the turn of the 20th C. Any connections?

    Why is it called Toxteth now? Admiral Street is Dingle. Walked up that street every day!
