    John hi,
Looks like it could have been a fish and chip shop- potatoes and dripping the giveaway and in 1921 you would have got a few sacks of potatoes for 19/6

    Hi Doris,
I think you're right. Spoke to my dad today and he said it was just that.

Anyone any wiser about Voughams or Voughhand Building. ?
    Cheers

Been looking John but not heard of those buildings. Do you have the paperwork showing that address just in case anyone else can make better of it if it's handwritten?

The neighbouring 'Cudbear Manufactory' was a factory that extracted a purplish dye which was obtained from orchil lichens.
