Wayne and his heritage lobby views have been given enough publicity of late. It is time for those who support Liverpool Waters to air their support.

The market Joe is being moved to the Brunswick Dock...
and heres news for the 'Copy and Pasters'....
its going to be a Saturday and Sunday market.. with a view to maybe a 4/5 day market..
Go paste that breaking news.. that should impress and get a few brownie points...
(Plot sizes in the new Brunswick Market and lot rental fees available via PM...
now that really will impress......)
It was used as a high camera point for a movie made at the dock..
anybody know what movie ?.... a chocolate Father Christmas for the right answer...
(The scaffolding now supports the dodgy walls and ceilings from collapsing.)

These are the latest images of what Peel propose but what they are being told to scale back.
The top image changes so keep looking at it.

.
Looks interesting and neat if they can pull it off.
There are many specific and exclusive benefits deriving from this, some of which are:
- Potentially 100% business rates discount for five years. This means that each business that qualifies will receive discounts for five years from the start of its occupancy in the Zone, providing it enters the Zone by April 2015 subject to a maximum cap of £275,000. This cap would typically be reached if an occupier took 1,000 square metres (10,000 square feet) of floor space
Does the above mean that Liverpool would get no tax revenue from it for 5 years, or does London and every UK tax payer take the "no tax" hit?
The public planning meetings should interesting.... I just sat through a 6 1/2 hour town council meeting/public hearing for our little town of 40,000 - the controversy was changing the Master Plan to allow apartments in two specific areas zoned for commercial.
I expect the tax hit deal is underwritten by Peel to encourage uptake as I believe it was in Salford but further clarification of that might be required. Peel benefit of course of occupancy of their development so I suppose it's a bit like a house seller stumping up part or all of the stamp duty to encourage a sale.
I do like the scene around Jesse Hartley's clock tower. In another scene there is a peculiar tent/leanto type of building, that looks like it could blow away in a strong nor'wester. Is it some kind of band shell?
