It fell out of use in my mam's house for polishing the range in the 50's but I found a use for it in the early 60's when I was in the forces, it brought my A.P boots to a brilliant shine.Even after leaving the R.A.F I continued using it on my black shoes but with moves over the years it ,along with many other items, got left behind somewhere.
