yes, but the areas in the photographs produced earlier in the thread and the renders of Liverpool waters dont make sense namely overlap if they are looking to promote ideas then why should peel have bothered with its Liverpool waters theme, after all look at the two photographs to see the overlap areas? or perhaps this was a mistake. Regarding the Wirral scheme, yes, they did produce the renders for over here, but for reasons I am not sure about they have been over here in council talks (which has not gone to press) so, I dont want to create a fuss.

now if you were to say that the role of liverpool land development was to look for investors in Peels projects (ie) that peel is the landlord and that the proposals will go ahead but lld is looking for industrys to occupie those proposed buildings then yes it does make sense.
regarding the government issue, that centered around whether or not the infa structure could support such large building projects over the projected time, again with regards to Wirral the projected time I beleive is to be thirty years.
