Default Remember the 70s group 'Our Kid'

    Hi Everybody,
For those of you who remember Our Kid, a holiday movie of one of the members, Terry McCreith, is being streamed at http://www.myverdict.net. You can also hear Terry and Sonia, on a tribute song to their Grandma, Katie Evans, at the same site.

I remember Our Kid very well as I was a big mate of Terry Baccino who attended Alsop Comprehensive with me in the 70s, any idea whatever happened to the lads after they disbanded due to Liverpool City Councils ruling that they could not perform given their young age?
Incidentally there is a clip of Our Kid singing "you just might see me cry" on you tube, here it is

Another member, Brian Farrel was a mate of mine in our school, St Gregory's on Prince Edwin Street. It was funny seeing the girls in our school asking for his autograph. He never let it go to his head, and never realy spoke about the band during the height of their success. I think the group were originally called 'Four in Harmony'.

Hey theres a thought, if Take That and the spice girls can reform, why cant OUR KID and do a one off charity gig for a Merseyside charity, so if anyone on here knows the lads whereabouts why not start a thread on here to encourage it, maybe get Radio Merseyside involved, that will create some great publicity for these forums
