Enjoyed looking at all the photo's you've posted Georgie, Thanks! but 4th pic in post No 63, shows stern of ship and states Princes Landing Stage, dated 1956??? I think this might be a typing error as far as date is concerned, looks more like the early 20s, or perhaps earlier!

I suspected that meself,Norm...but thats what it had on the date,I think as you did 1926 or even 1936 ??

Can't get any more the site has blocked me from searching? tried using the search words that I have already found photies with and it keeps coming up blank for any words associated with liverpool.

These were the last pics I managed....

Thanks! but I was being 'sarcastic'!!!! I know I'm 'getting on', left the city in 1963, and a lot of the photo's you've posted show Liverpool just as I remember it!!! My last trip home was in 1986. so things have changed a lot since then. Yo is a great way for me to keep in touch, visually! and I enjoy all the pics, old and new! Cheers

Just last week and what a coincidence that 2 people contacted me to say they had relatives appearing on city engineers photographs that i'd dug out. Lots of people appear on them so it was only a matter of time and still we'll keep digging.
